Thanks if you help. I can't research anything right now cause im on the road and laptop has 2% battery life with 2mins left. jsut turned it on and it was dead.

I am new to this but from what I can see your realms.conf is different from mine. Your realms have no IP, so
<Realm1 Name = "EndlessRage" Address = "My Ip would be here:8129" should read Address =127.0.0.1:8129" for a local server.

Hope this works, or I can post my configs if it doesn't.

idk it still wont work it must be my firewall.. ill go see if my ports are forwarded correctly.. they should be because i use to host a server then i installed xampp and it stopped working
