I need help creating a zone

I wanted to make my mall in the Ragefire Chasm. The problem is the zone has instances i have a dbc editor and after years of google i found i needed to edit the areatable.dbc and change the flags but I am unable to understand and when i rename it to mall fire chasm and go in game after a server reset i still see ragefire. I was on a private server once and they had their mall in a area that is normally instances and yet everyone was in that area and it didn't have an instance i am just wondering please any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you tried to delete your cache, and restart your client before logging in?

yes my question is how to remove the instances i have reset every thing possible after applying the changes to the dbc and still no go
still the game is making instances can someone tell me what field in dbc editor i fill the flags into? i read this AreaTable.dbc - WoW.Dev Wiki and i put them in right field but im not sure what this hex is and i just want to make a zone like a town and name it Nekogadaisuki Mall District does someone know the tag i show put there ? or is it not just editing that is there more to edit then jsut the tag? halo 386 have you made a area that is normaly creates instances into a normal town area before? i saw this application http://www.mmowned.com/forums/world-...-pvp-zone.html but it doesnt work for scheiße..

Okay first of all, in order for DBC changes to take effect you have to edit the server DBC's and then make a patch, everyone who logs onto your server also has to download that patch and many people don't like that so that's not a good way to go. what you want to do is this in reverse

try to change in SQL name of it in zones ore something like that table.
