Making a portal cast a spell

Hey I was wondering if there was a guide on the forums that helps me make a portal that if you right click it cast a spell on you.. I need this to fix the first boss in sunwell.. Thanks =)

I'm currently working on a TeleNPC and so far its hard but ill keep you updated also im sure you can make a portal cast a spell on you on right click it gameobject_template would handle all that information.
