request: Website tutorial

I need a step by step tutorial on how to setup a website.. I have XAMPP, mysql, and a domain. I just need help setting one up. Many thanks if someone can help me. I dont think I can +rep but if I can I will.

It TOTALLY depends on what you download. But always make sure to place everything in your htdocs folder. (C:\xampp\htdocs)

Other than that, there is usually a config file to edit, and most sites will have a guide in there release, or a link to one.

But how do I add it onto my website.. I use ipage and they use filemanager.
