Repack 9.0 Can not get online

Hi I've been trying all day to get my server public without using hamachi. I can get the website and event create accounts but for some reason people can not log in.
I Have:
-Port Forwarded

6881
8050

and checked with the portforward.com tool
-Changed the Host file in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc to look like:

-I made a DNS on No-ip.com called pumbler.zapto.org downloaded the No-ip DUC application
-I have all 4 MySQL Acent Logonserver and World opened. I can log on to the server myself locally but people can not log on to it from other computers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
