[HELP] Need to know how to disable dueling in an special area.

Hey there, so me and some friend are having this repack together and as we like to RP sometimes we've made a town for RP'ing. What we want to do is that if someone could help us how to disable that area so you can't duel in it (such as Blizzard has in the starter areas) OR how to apply a special spel (such as the one in argent tournament where you can't duel in that special area)

All kind of help would be apprecieted, as I really want to make this possible.

(If this would help, the server is on patch 3.3.5 build 12340 and is a hybrid trinity / mangos server.
