Alliance and horde together (healing...and so on)

Hello

i,m new here and would like to say hello to all of u.

now the question:
i got a request if u could help me with it.... got a privat server and want to make horde "friendly-ally" with alliance so thay can join groups (i done the conf for the groups) but cannot heal or buff other players (example horde priest heals Alliance warrior)

i,m using Mangos for core....

any help would be gratefull.. ty

Im not familiar with mangos, so I cant help you with the specifics. We use a command on my realm to allow horde to set their faction to alliance. This would require core editing to realize.
It does form a few problems, like pets factions can get confused(snake traps particularly will go for "the other faction"), and if you try to fly whilst "having the wrong faction" you risk getting killed by the flightmaster, however in instances it works perfectly.
