[Help]Dalaran Restricted flight area!

I've been looking for a sulotion for this bug but i cant finde one.
I know it can be fixed. I played on servers that this bug was solved.
So if anyone here know how to solve it please help me with this.

Its about when you going to fly away from dalaran you get into a restricted fly zone.
You become dissmounted and falls untill you hit a mountain or the parasuit dissaper and you smash into the ground.

Is it some way to delete the restricted fly zone around dalaran or maybe there is a fix for it?

Hope i get the problem explain better this time
