[HELP] Question on SQL Areas

Can someone please tell where within the SQL I would look to fix issues with NPC's summoning other NPC's. For instance, The Stranglethorn Fever quest. The witch doctor is supposed to summon Mokk in order to complete the quest but mine doesn't. Where do I look to fix this and possibly how to do it?
