[Repack] AC Web Ultimate Repack 9.0 - so buggy!

Hi i've tried to set up my own private server just for LAN play with my housemates, but when i used AC WEB's Ultimate Repack 9.0 i found SO many bugs in it its not even worth using it imo.

I'm just looking to have a private server that is BlizzLike with no bugs, preferably 3.3.3 but 3.3.2 is fine too. This is mainly just to duel and stuff, can someone point me in the right direction to achieve this please?

We are not ac web.

All emulators/repacks have many bugs. I would advise trying a mangos or trinity repack if your looking for less bugs and a more blizzlike experience.

Your going to be lucky finding a repack for that patch with no bugs, If you want a bug free repack you would be better of looking for something in the TBC region.

I understand that every private server will have bugs, that is the nature of the beast. However, i have played on a few private servers with little to no noticeable bugs. How do they keep up to date with patches and not have the problems that these repacks have with bugs?

For example, in this repack, you dont fall, you float. By revision 9.0, you'd think you'd have that fixed right?

There are several guides within the emulator server guides section that show you how to setup a repack or compile your own core. A repack is basically skipping the compiling and database stage.

Relating to finding servers where there are few noticeable bugs, Mangos/Trinity are far more blizzlike and less 'buggy' than ArcEmu or Aspire, but ArcEmu and Aspire have the popular Lua and customisation support. Many private servers 'hire' developers who look for bugs and read crash dumps that allow them to fix stuff up, so you won't always notice many bugs on their server.

Along with what Stoneharry said, They also boast about having a "private" core (Typically a branch off Trinity these days), just modified over time by there developers to create fairness and get rid of the bugs, this requires people who know C++ at a fair standard.
