[ArcEmu] Connection Issues

Ok im haveing a very complicated time i got the acweb ultimate repack and it was working fine Public without Hammachi However now we got our Modem changed to include Wireless in the Modem itself But i got a Static IP witch i thought would fix the Issue Sadly i still cannot get it up the Arcemu logon thing just pops up runs for a second then goes away my modem is a Cisco-DPQ2425 ive tried everything i can think of still nothing Please post all possabil Soultions to this id very much Appercaite it also i know im a terrible speller please forgive me but i really need help its extreamly Frustrateing
