[Custom Race] Special SKins via race change

Did you all notice those skins like the mummy troll on Model viewer? I made a human DK skin 14 to the mummy troll skin 14 and race changed them as well as class change.BUT only I can see it and even then its only till I mod my displayid anyone able to help me find out HOW to get them to work?
THIS IS NOT A PATCH I asked on anothe site and they kept saying oh its a TBC patch.

Thank you for reminding me been a bit .But this is a DB ARcemu edit.It is a change from race to race to change the type of skin that is being used.So I gusse this works for the tag.Now do you have any way to help ?

Don't think you need one. Can't really tell what the problem is.

A Lua or C++ script will not change anything, unless you want to mod the displayid upon logging in. This is handled 100% by the database, unless you want to use custom models and such then it's DBC editing and Model Edits.

Get players to delete their 'cache' folder inside the WoW folder, this handles temporary data such as displayids and names. It should then work.

It didn't work.Perhaps something else is up with the WDB files

If it was something with the WDB files clearing your cache would have affected this, Make sure the other players have cleared theres too.
