[MaNGOS] Gossip Menu Text Errors

I am currently stuck on the following issue and googling resulted in things I already tried, but did not work.

My current problem is this:

All gossip NPCs have these annoying lines instead of what they should state in-game. Now I've looked around the Database and found 'npc_option' and it's filled.
Everyone's telling me to update my DB, too bad it's already up-to-date :S

Removed Cache after every change, no effect. Everyone else sees it too.

What could be the problem?

Could be that your "too up to date" for your version of MaNGOS

Or, can you tell me the structure of "npc_option", or it should be something like "npc_text" or gossip, im not sure about the database structure for MaNGOS but it could be your looking in the wrong table.

OR even a custom script thats making that happen, although i doubt that.
