Alright, im in a noob situation, what my problem is that every time i download a account creation page, put it in my wamp 'www' folder, then right click the wamp icon -> Apache -> services -> start all services, then i ut it online, it only works when i type in local host, how can i get it so other people can see it, and so the link will be 'http://wowtube.ath.cx' <- my epic server name :3

oh and this is the info i edited for my index for the website

$db_user='root';
$db_pass='*****'; <- DB password
$db_name='logon';
$server_message='Create you account here! ';

I've changed it around plenty of times....making host 127.0.0.1, external ip, internal ip, wowtube.ath.cx, and still i can only get it to work on cPanel....
every single guide automatically thinks people know half of this shit when we don't, i know im a noobcake but ya know, Ive got my server up and running without hamachi and everything and cant get the simplest thing to work, was trying for 3 hours yesterday.

This isn't the questions section, none the less i will help you.

You need to get your external IP, go to whatismyip.com, then you need to go to DynDNS or No-ip (Whatever you used), and change the config to be to your IP.
