[Mac] Need help with server

I am desperately trying to make a private server on my mac, but nothing is working! I have tried using "MacPack", which won't even install. It downloads and expands into a file called "webmin-1.500.pkg" and when that file is opened (to install MacPack) I just get an error. It is version 13.5. I have also tried older versions of this as well, all giving me the same issue. And for those who are curious I have an Intel Mac running Snow Leopard 10.6.2

I have also tried Using a program called ArceMux. This would download. And I used this guide:

At the part where you download everything, Vmaps would not download. It says it can't be found. Also, the guide tells me to change everything to 3.2.2. There's only one problem, the drop down menus only show 3.3.2, and 3.3.3. I stuck with 3.3.2 obviously.

After all was said and done and I changed my realmlist and tried to login, warcraft told me it couldn't validate the game version. I redid this many times with the same result.

If anyone else knows a way to create a server on Snow leopard, Please help me! And I am a noob at this so please describe how to do it. Thanks in advance! I have been trying to figure this out for days and no guides that I find are helping at all!
