Bear form quest didnt work... so wonder if anyone knows how to give a person bear form as GM.

Hello. Depends what core you use, but to learn other people spells do the following.

1# Find the spell via wowhead.com
2# Copy the numbers in the very end of ur browser bar URL (spell=23234)
3# Go in-game, target the player and write .character learn PASTE NUMBER

...and mate, you can search for command lists on google..
