Custom launcher?

Was wondering if there was a custom launcher that installed custom patches like to change models and add custom areas. Something on the lines of that. Or do people have to manually add patches to their files.

Also would be cool to delete the cache everytime :P

I think people have to manually add them in there.
And it's built in some launchers(the Cache thing)
