[Question] How do I connect to an emulator?

I'm new here and can't find any information anywhere on how to connect to an emulator server. Can anyone help me? I changed the realmlist to the server's IP, but every time I open wow it tries to get me to patch to 3.3.3.

Dont run the launcher.exe run wow.exe.

Change realmlist.wtf contents from

set realmlist eu.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
set patchlist eu.version.worldofwarcraft.com
set realmlistbn ""
set portal eu

To:

set realmlist <Servers domain or IP>

And yes use wow.exe.

Make sure you're using wow.exe every time otherwise it will open up launcher.exe and force a patch upon you. Good work guys

After this, if you still cannot connect after this, such as it going to the real wow servers, make sure your not logging in with email and password, but username and password.
