[Wireless Aircard] Static IP

Hello everyone... I posted that I needed to get a static ip address before and someone replied with a website link but it wasn't for vista .

Anyway I'm using a wireless aircard from verizon and I need a static I.P. address. I have used alot of youtube guides but they have brought told me to go to this page (see below) but they have a place to enter the subnet mask and other info and i dont.

Sorry for the wall of text.

!!!!For those of you saying what does this have to do with emulation... I have to keep changing my configs each time I connect because I have a different IP!!!!

Please can you upload the images to imageshack or tinypic. I am not going to download 3 seperate images not knowing what they are.

Secondly there is a way around it, geta DynDNS, get the DynDNS updater, and your good to go. What this does is updates to your IP everytime it changes, so yeah
