Beyond Saurfang's Room

How do you get past Saurfang's room? Like to get to the area where festergut/rotface/putricide are? And even to the frozen throne? Ive been looking but cannot find them. Even tryed turning on fly mode with max speed and flying around the citadel while in the instance but found nothing.

Either do .gps and .worldport and modify the co-ordinates.

Or (this might work) try do .go select and it might select the door, and then do .go delete.

What kiev said to get past Saurfang's room, but the froozen throne is not in game yet. When you teleport there, you see it on your minimap but it's not spawned, which means blizzard must be releasing another patch to get the rest of it out.
