    How can I change EVERYONES speed?

    I'm running a mangos 2.3.3 server (while im looking for a good 3.2.2a WOTLK one) and I'm wondering if there is any way that I can raise the base run speed for all players on my 2.3.3 server. I know that I can do it individually with the ".mod aspeed" command but im looking for a way that I can just set it and anyone who creates an acount and logs in is automaticaly fast.
