    Realy cant Get server Public [Help Please] (ofc +rep for the helper)

    Hello all.

    Ive got a question.
    I followed a few tuts on making my server public.
    So i tried and im using Vista 64Bit.

    This is wat i did on the HOST file in system32/drivers/etc

    # Copyright (c) 1993-2006 Microsoft Corp.
    #
    # This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
    #
    # This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
    # entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
    # be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
    # The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
    # space.
    #
    # Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
    # lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
    #
    # For example:
    #
    # 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
    # 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host

    127.0.0.1 localhost
    192.168.1.xxx(i did hide it for here) extwow.no-ip.biz
    86.88.223.xx(i did hide it for here) extwow.no-ip.biz
    127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com
    Got everything right i think.

    This is mine realms_config
    <Realm1 Name = "ExtWoW"
    Address = "extwow.no-ip.biz:8129"
    Icon = "PVP"
    Population = "1.0"
    TimeZone = "1">

    So when its running im trying to login on the same pc where the server is running (quadcore shouldnt be a prob)

    and im getting erros like:
    World Server Down
    or
    Unable to connect
    Realmlist looks like this:
    set realmlist extwow.no-ip.biz
    And the website doesnt work also while apache is running
    If anyone knows wat im doing wrong please do tell.
    Like i already said im using Windows Vista 64xbit

    Thanks in advance.

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Realy anoyying cause when the apache is runnning and i type in extwow.no-ip.biz in my browser im ending up at the login screen of my router.

    I have forward ports in my router
    Also did it on firewall...

    I hope some one is so kind to help me.. or talking with me on msn.
    Ive followed tuts but my pc is weird:P
    Vista Bah windows 7 mwah:P

    Thanks in advance

    Change " Address = "extwow.no-ip.biz:8129" " to address = "real ip here:8129"

    in world.conf make sure you have the same IP and port too then restart world.

    Did you grant access to the ports in windows firewall? If so turn off windows firewall and try again. If you are using a router try assigning the ip used in realm and world to your local ip and be sure to set your router to use that ip for that port. Sorry, I have always used a hosted dedi.. not too sure on home hosting configs..
