    can not bind to carolineserver.co.nr:8085

    Well first of im behind an router
    ive portfoward thease ports 8085 and 2724
    The DNS name is my internet ip

    whye dosent it work :S ?
    this question shudd go to them who created wow emulators.
    cuz no one have awnserd yet...

    Wouldn't you need to bind it to your internal IP address, as in the one your router assigns you?

    the ip that my router gives me is an lan ip
    and i dont want to host lan server
    so i need to bind it to my internet ip

    and ive done done an dns that redireckts to my internet ip...

    What the person above said is right, You have to make it bind to a LOCALIP so that it will start up, then you have to forward all the ports (Its best to do them all not specific if you are unsure of what to do) to your LOCALIP so it will then be able to get accessed from your router when someone connects with that port in command, I.E Their WoW client. So what the person who tried to help you with said, Is correct.
