account creation website help!

i need some help on getting my website set up
i would like to make it so people can access the site when they are connected to my hamachi and i would like it to have a vote panel and a account creation page and also a new section and a account control panel so the people on my server can teleport and change there password
and help is appreciated and i will +Rep for help

If you just have apache started, and people are in your hamachi channel then they are able to access the website.

All they need to do is to take YOUR hamachi IP and put it in their browser.

well how do i view the website without it being on hamachi? and how do i make it so the website is on hamachi?

If your on hamachi then just type your hamachi IP ni the browser.

If your not on hamachi then just type "localhost" or "127.0.0.1".
