Hello everyone.

Got my server running.
But, I need to know how much people can connect to my server.

@ Speedtest.net
My upload speed is 800kbit.

How many people will max connect to my server?
Without having majore lag?

Can someone please tell me.

This depends on the amount of stuff you want in your server really. Last time I checked it used about 150kb/s

Try avoiding having lots of gameobjects because they need to be sent to the client.

For max 50 players?

There are some settings that you can tweak but ~1mb/s Is really bad.
50 Players is gonna be hard.
Try getting a better upload speed

How is you latency?

Where can i find that tweaks etc?

And how much upload speed does one player need, if he connects at my server?
how much I can handle @ this upload speed?

As stated in my previous post:
Last time I checked it used about 150kb/s

That value was from TBC and there has been some changes in the packet structure since then but I think that is how much retail uses.

Having eventzones (stacking tables etc.) makes the server send alot of gameobjects and therefore it differs

I done the math for you:

150 * X ≤ 800

X ≤ 800 / 150

800/150 = 5 + 1/3

Xmax= 5

5 Users not counting LAN

Where can you check that, Kb's for 1 player?

With a program?
Can u advise one?
