Ok, Im hosting my private server website on a website host i use to host my main website which is Dezmen Sykes | Perfection of Design (my design portfolio), and My server website is a subdomain of dezmensykes.com (Sykez Gaming). i figured if i use my website host as a VPS of some sort it would make my server public without have to do port forwarding and so on. Well it worked, it got my server public, however my website is screwed. No addons work like donation systems, voting systems, account creation pages, etc. I thought the problem may be that since I'm using my Web server as a website base instead of my htdocs folder in my repack folder, the connect wont reach from my webserver to my computer. I know theres some way of fixing this, but i just dont know that way. Can someone help me with this issue?

Well when you connect to a website it establishes a HTTP protocol. Your browser can interpret the code (HTML etc) and turn it into a nice webpage that you see.

This means that all your doing when you connect to a website is going through folders as if you would on a computer, the difference is that most websites automatically redirect to the index of each folder, so you can't browse the folder. However, there are exceptions and a FTP protocol will allow you to do this better.

Most subdomains work by going to the folder of there name, for example:

sykezgaming.dezmensykes.com

would be the folder:

dezmensykes.com/sykezgaming

Currently it is showing that in that folder it only has one other folder (cgi_bin) and nothing else that is viewable by a web browser.

You need to put the files into this folder, and then see if it works.
