Can Lua detect when a player gets an honorable kill? menu

    Can Lua detect when a player gets an honorable kill?

    I was thinking about a PvP Token System. I've seen alot of them with c++ before.

    I only found 1 but the OP of that thread removed everything due to some immature drama overreaction.

    So the only language i know is Lua.



    So does a function like "OnHonorableKill" exsist ?

    I believe Lua would need hook support to have any kind functions like that.

    laymans terms;

    To have OnCombat functions called, you need to register an event, with the 1 telling it to register "Creature_OnCombat", On Combat:
    RegisterUnitEvent(NPCID, 1, "Creature_OnCombat")

    To have the function you want to make with Lua, you'd need something like this:
    RegisterPlayerEvent(args) Which doesn't exist.

    In otherwords, you can only make pvp token systems in C++.

    Where can i find a PvP token system then ? I can't find any.

    Nope. There is a C++ hook though. OnHonorableKill(Player * pPlayer, Player * pKilled);

    I just found out that ArcEmu has it's own PvP system :P


    And Vindicated it's OnpvpKill
