need help with custom spawns...

hey everybody, im kinda new to wow private servers and i set up a private server for me and some friends to play on.

my question is what commands do i use to spawn permanent NPC's in a specific spot so i can make custom vendors?

How do i despawn / delete these vendors if i screw up?

ive found a few posts about it, but im confused on what exactly to do. id like to be able to build a mall in game via gm commands and im pretty sure its possible

im running arcemu 3.0.9 with GM helper addon

any help will be much appreciated

Example: .npc spawn 699 1

.npc delete
(Select an NPC then use this command)
