Is it still possible to downgrade to 2.4.3?

Because it seems like no matter what, there is no possible to way to get your client from 3.0.1 to 2.4.3 or even 2.0.1. I've tried everything. :confused:

The following may still possibly work, but im pretty sure blizz made it so u need to reinstall:

What to do to downgrade to 2.4.3
1) Go to your World of Warcraft\Data folder ( c:\program files\world of warcraft\Data\ )
2) Delete the file 'patch.mpq'
3) Go up one directory ( usually c:\program files\world of warcraft\ )
4) Start repair.exe and select 'Check files only'
5) It will take a little while to finally find patch.mpq missing. When it does it will tell you it has to fix it.
6) Once it is done, you will be back at 2.0.0.
7) Update all required patches to 2.4.3 (most likely they are still in you wow folder, if not download them again)
Edit your realmlist.wtf and startup using wow.exe ( c:\program files\world of warcraft\wow.exe )

If you have wotlk installed i dont think its possible it will just take you to 3.0.1 or w/e it is. You will have to reinstall yeah.
