Okay... Not Cool

I got through finding some more things about the emulation type I was going to use. I chose Aspire/Hearthstone for the LUA support and somewhat user-friendlyness...

But from what I'm seeing it doesn't support 3.1.X?

I need a server core that:

• Supports 3.1.X - and being updated so eventually 3.1.2
• Kind of want it to support LUA, I'm not quite sure how C++ monster scripting works
• something that is somewhat stable, so i'm not having problems left and right

If you have any suggestions, please post!

Also if you know that Aspire might support 3.1.x, what is the svn?

i always liked arc-emu but there is always the bugs with the new revs so i dont know i havnt testes the 3.2.x with arc

Go there, checkout the svn.
Do NOT use trunk, go to branches then 3_1_0. That is 3.1.x.
Compile normally, apply sql updates, and if aspire isn't being fail it should all work
I advise getting the GuaEngine for Lua, it is very useful.
ArcEmu's trunk is 3.1.x now but it is still very buggy, aspire and arcemu are the only options if you want Lua.
