[Help] Character Creation Crash

I followed this guide to making a repack http://www.mmowned.com/forums/ascent...r-scratch.html and everything works fine setting up the server and logging in, but whenever i try to finish the character creation thing (clicking done or whatever) it sends me to the logon screen and says "You have been disconnected" or something like that. +Rep to anyone who solves this for me!

in the "fun" section of the configs, disable announcing on character creation.

where is the fun section/what .conf file is it in? EDIT: wait a min lol is that the "fun" part with the actual rates and stuff in the world conf file?
