    Try and change

    <LogonServer RemotePassword = "change_me_logon"
    AllowedIPs = "127.0.0.1/24"

    to

    <LogonServer RemotePassword = "change_me_logon"
    AllowedIPs = "phenomwow.mine.nu/24"

    Death to all but Metal.
