[Need help] Character remains logged in(cache) after logout for x minutes. menu

    [Need help] Character remains logged in(cache) after logout for x minutes.

    I am searching for some kind of C++ script which leaves the characters logged in after they logged out for x minutes .

    For example there are 96 players online, but there are 14 more who logged out, but their character remained logged on, so it shows 110 people ingame.

    Some kind of bot, patch for arcemu which can be applied to the emulator.

    How could i make this happen? Could somebody help me out ?

    You think anyway able to make such a script would make it for you? You're supposed to get players to your server by actually making it good.

    I agree with you
    hehe ur suppose to make it GOOD.... you can do this by making the server unique... something everyone will like... my suggestion is do a survey on ur server and see what the common likes and dislikes are... I did it and now my server has 500+ players

    Why not have the server spawn an npc placeholder when a player disconnects? Then have it despawn after a few minutes.

    Guys guys guys... Don't forget, this person is a New User. He may be back from December 07', but that doesn't mean that he knows what you guys are talking about. A little explanation would benefit the person more, rather than saying "Mirror image script basically." or this and that and so on.

    Also, Nameless, the person isn't asking for people to join... He's making a request. This IS the Requests section...

    There's a difference between 'help' and 'do it for you'. Go try something, come back, post what you have and then we'll help you.

    Start off by looking at Player.cpp.
