Talents Bug 3.1.3 ArcEmu Please help!

Hi! Im hosting a server that is ArcEmu, it got a talent bug, i cant use the talents or anyone can't. It's a button close to the right corner that says "Activate These Talents" but it doesn't work to click on it. I tried to reset my talents at my trainer, it looks normal then, but it doesn't still work. I can't increase the talents. Please help! Oh, sorry for my bad english.

This is due to Dual Specs.
If it doesn't work you are using an older version of ArcEmu. I dunno if they have implemented it in the latest revisions but I would try updating.

if your running a 3.1.0 and your updated to 3.1.3 and your server runs both of those your gonna get that bug?

What? No. There isn't that much difference between 3.1 and 3.1.3.

i've noticed after a test i did. is there any way to fix this bug without having to redo your entire server?
