Need Help Making A Vote Points NPC

I was wondering how I would go about getting an npc that when a player speaks with it the npc will check how many vote points the player has from the website and then let the player choose a reward item depending on how many vote points they have available. I'm sure it is possible because I have seen it done plenty of times but i'm not sure how to go about doing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.


I am even willing to pay a good scripter to make one for me if that would be possible. TY

I might actually do this, if someone can give me a valid voting points table that works with some of the newer systems.

Edit - I get back into town on Sunday, so I will look into it then. Also, I found a voting point system that I like that is made by TheSpidey, I might just update that and make the NPC.
