How to compile Arcemu 3.1

Hey I could use some help with compilation, Are there any good guides that give a detailed explanation of how to set up an arcemu server from scratch?

I personally wrote this guide, and it is for 3.1+. However, it is for Hearthstone. As far as I know, there are only private .patch files for the 3.1 branch of ArcEmu, and it extremely buggy (the public one). You might as well use the Hearthstone one. If not, that's ok too.
