Arcemu 3.1.3 Connection Help

Ok guys im having a problem hosting a arcemu 3.1.3 repack... i am able to connect myself while hosting on the same comp that im on... but when my mate tries to connect through his pc (which is connected to the same router as mine) he can connect up to realm choose but it gets stuck there u can't connect it like resets whenever u double click o.O, i have a dynamic dns to for later use, i have tried getting him to use the dynamic dns name , 127.0.0.1 and the routers ip 10.1.1.1. The routers ip is the one that lets him get up to realm choes screen... i have tried multiple accounts and that but :S.

I have tried a few guides to go live to see if that would fix the problem.... the last guide has worked i think ... well atleast i can connect to it :P wich is more than what i can say for a few of the others rofl... i am also running vista :S ty

This ArcEMU server must be made on a custom Patch.
I don't think many would know how to help you, others than the "standard" checklist.
