Logonserver and World Problems!

i tryed to start the logonserver and world but i get this

"This application has failed to start because of its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail."

Ive never had this problem before and im clueless on how to fix it can some one help me?

Do you use Vista? and did you compile your own core?
