You should really try to get the Crash Dump to open, otherwise its going to be very impossible to figure out whats wrong;

Your code is error free, It must be something in your core.

Edit: You should try messing with the time you register your events at, I know my server kept crashing, and after i messed with Unit:RegisterEvent("name", time, count) it worked.
