Apple's Ascent 3.0.9 problem

Hello ,

I've had a lot of trouble recently ^^ So I'll just post one of them.

I made an Apple's Ascent 3.0.9 Server (ArcEmu)

Problem #1 : I can't create items with either ADE or Flexible database thingy.It says item or creature created succesfullt , but not in the server.

Problem #2 : Absolutely all of the armors ingame don't give you armour and every item has a number at the end of it.
example:

Aboroginal's robe
Forest's Edge
Robe Cloth
Requires level 15

If anyone has any solutions , please reply , maybe i'm missing something in my database or something ^^
