<Some DB Problems>After Electricity Stopping

Hi there guys from mmowned
I really need help with this !@#$ :S
Here is what happened.
The electiricy suddenly stopped,and the server was pwned.
We put back the last save,and now there are the following errors :

1: **¡**½**¸**¼**º**¸ - **ž**±Ñ‰**¸ - DataBG
Characters cant be deleted.
2:All guild are missing,i checked the tables,and seems like none table is crashed.
Any1 can help me please? :S
When you cr8 new guild and relog your guild is not here anymore,and when you try to cr8 guild with the same name it says that the guild already exist.
3:When you logout,your hero is being copyed. If you have 1 hero 'George' and relog you have 1 more the same as 'george' but if you delete the 2nd, and the 1st is going deleted. :S

Seems like your database has completely gone to hell. I suggest a wipe.
