PS: This is for people who do not know what to update! And i guess some who do..

Step 1: Extract folder to the desktop
Step 2: Open Navicat or what ever sql program you use.
Step 3: Right click on your "World" or "Ascent"
Step 4: Execute batch file and find the files you downloaded then use those
