    Teleporter npc/Portals on Mangos

    As some of you may have noticed, i'm not very experienced with emulation stuff yet. So i had a couple questions regarding teleporter npcs and portals. First, which one would be the easiest to do? The idea i had for a realm for me and my friends kinda depends on the idea of some kind of instant transportation, so which would be easier for me to do? I followed a few guides but none of them seem to work for the 3.1 version of mangos, so i want to know, which i should use, and if there is a beginners guide for doing them

    First of all.
    A Teleport NPC or Portal, made in Mangos would need you to do it in C++. The reason why, is because the core doesn't have any Lua engine, and can't run Lua scripts. If you have C++ knowledge, it could be done. And I think Portals would be easiest to do first, as its an event registered on use of a Game Object.

    No C++ knowledge required.

    You can just pick an existing one, look around here: http://www.scriptdev2.com/custom-scripts-f16.html? (doesn't work if you're using a repack)
    It's easy to edit coordinates if needed.

    It's also possible to make an NPC teleporter through quests with SQL:
    [CUSTOM NPC] Teleport Master (outdated, but easy to create a new if you see how it works)

    And portals can be made in DB too, guide here:
