    Mangos Viewing Distance Question.

Ok I am no noob when it comes to WoW servers or setting them up right. Anyhow not my question my question is about Mangos Viewing Distance of gameobjects.

I have been wondering if there was some kind of fix or patch or something that would allow me to set the viewing distance of gameobjects on certain maps or all if that. I know there is a line in the configs for mangos where you could set viewing distance of grey objects corpses stuff like that. The default its set to it 66.6 or w/e.

So ok I would set it to 200 or so on up. Start my server or any mangos servers I've had in the past and it would say some stupid crap about gameobject distance cant be higher than: 66 or w/e. So Id set it BACK to 66 start the server AGAIN. Exit set it to 200 then start it back up and it wouldnt say anything.

So ok I go ingame check it out and of course Id have to be like two feet away from my custom gameobjects to see them. I remember in Ascent that the worldmap_info table had the viewing distance column where you could set it to w/e and it would work out fine.

I could go wayyyyy across the map and still see my custom gameobjects. Unlike mangos it seems it doesnt like anything BUT 66 as the viewing distance. Ive been trying to find ways of fixing this or letting me go past 66 for a year or so now. Still no luck yet :S Does anyone know of anything Mangos has released that would let me see my gameobjects from far distances? Please please please help me with this ^.^

P.S. Im not good at writing or typing anything in paragraph form or anything so dont hate :S haha

If someone were to find a fix or know of anyway that I could get it to work I would gladly +Rep you ^.^ Like I said I love how its sooo easy on Ascent to set it to whatever distance you like.

i belive theres a line in src which you can edit to have higher view distance.. just search for "view distance" in src.
