Question concerning setting up a server via webspace

Hi All,

I've been reading over several guides on this website on how to set up a private server, however, I don't think I have come across a way to set one up via my webserver.

I have my own domain name server/webspace that's just sitting there, not being used. I was wondering if I could set it up so that I can run my private WoW server on it? Is this possible?

I apologize if this is a stupid question, but I just need to know. Thank you!

It's a host or it's only a webserver? If it's a webserver u can only host the site and the dbs on it...

Hey,

I think it's a webserver, so it looks like I need to get a host. I'm not sure why you said there are free hosts, there, because the lowest fee is 175 a month.

Lowest fee for a server is like a 30euros month. That i can find and can hold around 1000players.
