Problem with NPC items...

Some of my npc's have blue and white checkered cubes in their hands because, i guess, the item id's are wrong? How do i fix this.

Did you add the items to their hands or where they already added?

it was there already. I did the server install from scratch, so its what the scratch server had on them.

Well the way you SHOULD be able to fix this but it may not work anymore is in the DB go to the creature_proto and go to the npcs id then scroll to the side to equip_1 2 and 3 and change it to and existing id. If that doesnt work then it is most likely due to models age.
