MaNGOS quest help

Ok i have a problem, i installed mangos 3.1.0 repack started it, created human warrior, accepted first quest and went to quest end, talked to npc pressed on quest and i couldn't complete it only button "Accept".

Created dwarf, accepted quest "Dwarven outfitters" gathered all meat the icon above npc was showing that i completed a quest but i couldn't give it him, same button "Accept"

Ok, ill just wait for another 3.1.0 repack
Will the npc's teleport on their waypoints (not walk) in another repack?

I know you're trying to help, but you really dont know what you are talking about. There are no other rev's. The repack he is using is the only 3.1 repack atm. No offence intended.

OT:

It's a bug and im working on it. I will release my own database when it is finished. Just be patient and sit tight. Check out the link in the thread and goto AC-Web, they may fix it before i can, but if not you will just need to be patient as i said
