Custom Server Help

Hey all im trying to make a server were players can start with sertain commands and also when they get level up to level 300 (level Max on server ) they can buy land i saw this dont on one server its was like .buy or something any way i wanted to make it that they could buy land and pick a couple houses or something. and then have like a command like gameobjects were they can pick like furnature or npcs to put in thier houses. could someone tell me f this is possible for one and and also how i could possible do it or a guide?

I like the idea, really, but it doesn't sound possible.
Well maybe with some hardcore scripting job ( or giving all players a GM level ) but even if you would get it to work TONS of people would have issues with the different .move commandos for the furnitures and such.
And the access to spawn and move object commandos for all players would probably ruin the whole server within a couple of weeks, you see my point here aye?

plus the fact taht after level 255, when a character opens up there "C" page, it crashes their client.

but yes this would involve a shit laod of advanced core editing,

good idea, maybe someone will do it or a project will open.

well my server workswith 300 btw dosnt crash client the only bug is when you try to make DK it shows that you only have a level 44 and wont let you. yea well i saw a server with something similar you could buy land and then spawn what ever you want in it and other players could not build anything on it. but if that would be possible it would be awsome
