MySQL Canno't connect.

Hey there. I have buyed a web hosting at :: Tinklapis.NET . I Uploaded the web site files to FTP. configured all configs like:

Host: 78.56.230.244. (My External IP)
DBUser: root
Dbpass: pass
Dbname: arena_realm

And etc.
But when i trying to connect to http://MY WEBSITE , i get an error. Here is screenshot:



Please help me faster.

Dont ever tell people your Db password and username...Your just asking for someone to hack you... They can make themselves GameMasters and such. I suggest you change it.

My pass is from 10 numbers and 11 letters and root it was just for example, taht ip too. Its my friend ip BTW Problem solved.
Clicked on "Menage User"
Host: %
Username: root
pass: root

And it worked
