Help with web server public wotlk account page config.s or host needed?

Having Problem getting account page or web site or anything to work public need some help please:

I have been able to get some account pages and web sites to work before editing the config.s and useing wamp but latley been having a problem.

* right now i Have Pryd Mangos repack and i can't get my account page, or the mini manager he included with his download or any website to go public i can see it but no one else can. I

I have a Dyndns I edit the config.s to use that, i tried 127.0.0.1, and also tried my dyndns with the port bumped up one to 81. i have my host file edited and also tried that with the :81 bumped up. Tried wamp and xamp. Not sure what else I can do.

Anyone can help me with this, any advice at all greatly apreciated, maybe to have to have a host for my website ? Thank you for any help on this!

Did you forward the ports?

yes i sure did forward my ports, and like i said i tried port 80 and 81.
